We offer a 7-day refund policy for all digital products (eBooks) purchased through Hotmart. This means you have 7 days after your purchase to request a refund, no questions asked.

Because our products are delivered in a digital format, there is no need to return or ship any item. Once your refund is approved, access to the digital content will be revoked automatically.

How to Request a Refund

- All refund requests must be made directly through Hotmart’s platform, in your account area.

- Log in to your Hotmart account, go to “My Purchases”, select the product, and click on “Request Refund”.

- Hotmart will process the refund securely and return the payment to your original payment method.

Important Notes

- Refund requests are only valid within 7 days from the date of purchase.

- After 7 days, we cannot issue refunds.

- Access to the product will be blocked once the refund is completed.

Exceptions

- We do not offer refunds after the 7-day period.

- Gift cards, promotions, or discounted bundles may also follow Hotmart’s refund rules.
